ABOUT

Stephanie grew up in the middle of the USA. Being a military brat, she was dragged kicking and screaming all over the most boring parts of the country, switching schools and friends at least every couple years. Currently residing in Chicago (by choice!), she lives with her excellent and extremely handsome husband.

Stephanie is most inspired by mythology and folklore for subject matter, comics and animation for style, and strives to show movement, emotion, and (especially) humor in her work. Unless she just wants to draw someone being totally rad with their sunglasses on, tongue OUT.

Outside of artwork, she enjoys baking (especially cake decoration), staring out across whatever body of water is around, and animals. If she could choose a superpower, it would be Mystique's.
